Terms of use

These terms set out how Cambrian Roofing works. By sending an enquiry you agree to them.

What the service is

Cambrian Roofing is an independent enquiry service. We pass your enquiry to a roofing firm that works in your area, and that firm contacts you, quotes and, if you accept the quote, carries out the work. Cambrian Roofing is not a party to any contract between you and the roofing firm.

What we do not do

We do not carry out roofing work, we do not employ roofers, and we do not hold trade accreditations, trade insurance or a waste carrier registration. We do not guarantee the roofing firm's work, its prices, its timescales or its availability. Any guarantee is the roofing firm's own and should be set out in their quote.

Cost

Using the service is free. Roofing firms we pass enquiries to are asked to quote without charge and without obligation. A roofing firm may pay Cambrian Roofing for the enquiries it receives; this does not affect what you are quoted.

The advice and cost guides on this site are general information written to help you understand roofing work. Every price quoted names the published guide it comes from and is an indication, not an estimate for your roof. Get a written quote before deciding anything.

How your details are handled is set out in the privacy policy.

Complaints

If a roofing firm we introduced you to has let you down, tell us at contact@cambrianroofing.co.uk. We cannot resolve a dispute about the work, which is between you and the firm, but we do stop passing enquiries to firms that do not respond or do not quote in writing.
